User Conduct. As a condition of your access and use of the Sites and Services and your submission or access to any ratings, reviews, communications, information, data, text, photographs, audio clips, audiovisual works, or other materials on the Sites and Services (collectively, the “Content”), you agree not to use the Sites and Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by Beauty-Collab. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to: violate these Terms of Use, other applicable agreements with Beauty-Collab, and any applicable local, state, national, or international law, and any rules and regulations having the force of law; use the Sites and Services in any manner that violates any relevant law or that infringes, misappropriates, or violates any third party’s rights, including, but not limited to, transmitting any Content that may infringe, misappropriate, or violate a third party’s rights of publicity, contractual rights, fiduciary rights, or intellectual property rights; use the Sites and Services or its Content for any purposes not authorized by these Terms of Use, including commercial, political, or religious purposes, including the submission or transmission of any Content that contains advertisements, promotional materials, junk mail, or any other form of solicitation; reproduce, duplicate, copy, modify, sell, re-sell, or exploit any Content or the Sites and Services for any commercial, educational, or any other non-personal purpose or any purpose unrelated to your personal purchasing decisions, without the express written consent of Beauty-Collab, which consent may be withheld by Beauty-Collab in our sole discretion; post irrelevant Content, repeatedly post the same or similar Content, or otherwise impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure, interfere, or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Sites and Services or any activities conducted on the Sites and Services; harass, threaten, intimidate, impersonate, or attempt to impersonate any other person, falsify your contact or other information, misrepresent a relationship with any person or entity, including misrepresenting a relationship with Beauty-Collab, or otherwise attempt to mislead others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of a review or rating; knowingly provide or submit false or misleading information; use the Sites and Services if you are under the age of eighteen (18); take any action that would undermine the review and rating process under the Sites and Services; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Sites and Services, other user accounts, or other computer systems or networks connected to the Sites and Services; use the Sites and Services in any way that could interfere with the rights of Beauty-Collab or the rights of other users of the Sites and Services; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Sites and Services, or any other systems or networks connected to the Sites and Services or to any server used by Beauty-Collab by hacking, password “mining,” or any other illegitimate or unauthorized means, including attempting to obtain password, account, or any other personal or private information from any other Sites and Services user; sell, share, or otherwise transfer your account username, password, other information, or your rights or obligations under these Terms of Use; transmit or submit any transmission or other materials that are encrypted or that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spiders, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are likely or intended to damage, interfere with, disrupt, impair, disable, or otherwise overburden the Sites and Services; access, download, monitor, or copy any information contained on our Sites and Services through artificial means (including but not limited to use of any “deep-link,” “scraper,” “robot,” “spider,” or other automatic device, program, algorithm, or methodology, or any similar or equivalent automatic or manual process, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Sites and Services or any content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any Content, materials, documents, or information through any means not purposely made available through the Sites and Services); or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Sites and Services or any network connected to the Sites and Services, nor breach the security or authentication measures on or of the Sites and Services or any network connected to the Sites and Services. You may not reverse look-up, trace, or seek to trace any information on any other user of the Sites and Services, or any other customer of Beauty-Collab, including any Beauty-Collab account not owned by you, to its source, or exploit the Sites and Services or any service or information made available or offered by or through the Sites and Services, in any way where the purpose is to reveal any information, including but not limited to personal identification or information other than your own information, except as expressly authorized by Beauty-Collab and provided for by the Sites and Services.

Information Collected

Beauty-ColLab may collect personal information directly from users, automatically through use of the Services, and from third parties as permitted by law. The categories of information collected may include:

Identifiers, such as name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, username, account credentials, and other similar contact information.
Profile and business information, such as professional biography, business name, service categories, portfolio content, licensure information, certifications, service availability, pricing, and other information submitted in connection with a professional or client profile.
Transaction information, such as payment details, billing information, booking records, purchase history, and related customer service information.
Communications, such as messages sent through the platform, customer support requests, survey responses, reviews, testimonials, and other correspondence.
Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, referral URLs, approximate location derived from IP address, and interactions with the Services.
Marketing and preference information, such as subscription preferences, interests, responses to promotions, and communication choices.
Any other information voluntarily provided to Beauty-Collab or otherwise collected with notice to the user or as permitted by applicable law.

Use of Personal Information

Beauty-Collab may collect, use, process, and disclose personal information for the following purposes, as permitted by applicable law:

To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including platform functionality, account features, business tools, and overall user experience.
To create, verify, manage, and maintain user accounts, profiles, listings, and related platform records.
To facilitate connections between beauty professionals, clients, and other users, including enabling bookings, service inquiries, communications, and related interactions.
To process transactions and fulfill contractual obligations, including payments, billing, collections, refunds, and other service-related transactions.
To communicate with users regarding inquiries, customer service matters, technical support, service updates, security alerts, legal notices, administrative messages, and changes to the Services, this Privacy Policy, or other governing terms.
To send newsletters, text messaging, promotional materials, marketing communications, and information regarding services, features, partnerships, events, or opportunities that may be of interest, subject to applicable law and user communication preferences.
To personalize, tailor, and enhance the user experience, including by delivering relevant content, recommendations, listings, and service-related information.

To protect the rights, property, safety, and security of Beauty-Collab, its users, service providers, partners, and the public.
To comply with applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, reporting, and compliance obligations, including responding to subpoenas, court orders, governmental requests, and lawful process.
To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and to enforce agreements and policies.
To carry out any other purpose disclosed at the time the information is collected, with user consent where required, or as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

How Information May Be Shared

Beauty- Collab may share personal information in the following circumstances, to the extent permitted by applicable law:

With other users of the Services where necessary to facilitate bookings, profile visibility, inquiries, communications, transactions, or other platform functions.
With vendors, contractors, service providers, and professional advisors that perform services on behalf of Beauty-Collab, including hosting, payment processing, analytics, communications, customer support, marketing, security, legal, and accounting services.
With business partners, affiliates, or integrated third-party service providers where necessary to operate the Services, provide requested functionality, or administer joint offerings, promotions, or events.
In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, dissolution, or other actual or proposed business transaction.
To comply with legal obligations, enforce contractual rights, respond to lawful requests, protect against liability, investigate suspected misconduct, or protect the rights, safety, and property of Beauty-Collab or others.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Beauty-Collab may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, log files, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about interactions with the Services. These technologies may be used to remember user preferences, maintain session information, analyze traffic and usage patterns, improve platform functionality, support security, measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, and deliver more relevant content or advertisements where permitted by law.

Beauty-Collab implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure, or use. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and Beauty-Collab cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and Beauty-Collab does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate legal authorization.
